The country’s capital reported 4,482 new cases and 265 deaths on Tuesday, while the positivity rate fell to 6. 89 percent, according to the Health Ministry. The number of cases is reported to be below 5,000 for the second day in a row.

Medical experts attribute the good luck of the fight against Covid-19 to the containment measures of the Kejriwal government. The lockdown in the nation’s capital will remain in place until May 24.
