India on Thursday saw a 30 percent increase in its Covid-19 count, as 2786 new infections were recorded in the past 24 hours, the Health Ministry’s updated bulletin at 8 a. m. showed. With the new additions, the country’s cumulative workload reached 4,46,21,319. On Wednesday, the country recorded 2,139 new cases of Covid-19.
The number of assets amounted to 26,509, representing 0. 06% of the total calculation.
The death toll rose to 528,847 after 12 deaths were reported, six of which were reconciled in Kerala. In the last 24 hours, six new deaths were recorded: 4 from Maharashtra and one from West Bengal and Kerala.
However, the number of patients who recovered from the virus on Thursday experienced a drop after 2557 new recoveries were reported to 3208 the previous day, the fitness bulletin’s knowledge revealed.
Recovery and mortality rates are the same as Wednesday at 98. 76% and 1. 19%, respectively.
The extra fitness bulletin indicated that a total of 5,69,709 doses of covid-19 vaccines were administered in the country in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number under the national program to approximately 220 million rupees.
