Cairo: A Bahraini woman will be tried to violate orderly national quarantine regulations to involve the spread of coronavirus and expose others to infection, a prosecutor’s official said.
It will be attempted through juvenile court at hearings starting September 29, said the head of the prosecutor’s office, Adnan Al Wadai.
The woman had already been ordered to go through preventive domestic isolation, but left her home in the quarantine era and joined a circle of relatives who met with a relative, Bahraini news firm BNA reported.
