The number of COVID-19 cases in the United States increased to 6002615, and the national death toll reached 183203 at 11:28 a.m.(1528 GMT), according to the CSSE.

TOKYO – Japan reported 429 new cases of coronavirus on Monday, bringing the country’s cumulative total to 68,516 infections, not adding those connected to a quarantined cruise ship in Yokohama near Tokyo earlier this year.
Of the new infections, one hundred have been shown in Tokyo, bringing the total number of cases in the capital to 20,817, among Japan’s 47 prefectures.

ADDIS ABABA – The African Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC Africa) said Monday that the number of COVID-19 cases on the African continent has increased to 1245230.
The CDC Africa, which noted that five African countries accounted for approximately 70% of all COVID-19 infections on the continent, also noted that the number of deaths due to the existing COVID-19 pandemic had increased to 29589 on Monday.

Xi made the comments in a late-night telephone conversation with the king of Morocco, Mohammed VI.
