Atletico Madrid announced that two coVID-19 instances had been detected at the club prior to their Champions League to Lisbon.
The Spanish national team did reveal the identity of the Americans or specified whether they were members of Diego Simeone’s team.
At a time from the club, Atletico said that all the first-team players, and all contacts with the club who intended to travel to Lisbon, had undergone coronavirus tests on Saturday.
