Cairo: Kuwait showed 385 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, a minimum of 136 cases from the previous day’s count, bringing the country’s overall infections to 99,434.
Three COVID-19 deaths have been recorded, bringing the number of disease deaths in Kuwait to 584, Health Ministry spokesman Dr Abdullah Al Sanad said in an update.
There are 98 patients receiving comprehensive care, KUNA added, according to Kuwaiti news firm KUNA.
Kuwait’s total virus number reached 707,292 after 2,263 seconds in the last 24 hours.
The ministry said overall recoveries in Kuwait had increased to 90,168 after 670 patients recovered from COVID-19 in more than 24 hours.
