Cairo: Bahraini teachers and administrators must return to government-run schools on Sunday, marking the beginning of the new school year, the kingdom’s ministry of education said.
Education departments and schools will contact teachers to inform them of their painting or painting schedules at home and at school, ensuring that 50% of tutors show up at school every day, said the ministry, according to the Al Watan newspaper.
Students in Bahrain are scheduled to start the new school year on September 16 amid anti-COVID-19 precautions.
In recent weeks, Bahrain, like other Gulf countries, has eased several restrictions imposed in the past due to the outbreak of the virus.
