Santo Domingo – In an attempt to respond to the economic and fitness crisis triggered by COVID-19 in the Dominican Republic and with broad social support, President Luis Abinader begins a discussion with national leaders with political actors on Thursday.
The schedule starts at nine o’clock in the morning at the offices of the Alianza Pas party, where Abinader will meet with party president and former presidential candidate Guillermo Moreno.
At 11 a.m., he will be the former president and president of Fuerza Popular, Leonel Fernández, with whom he will hold an assembly at the headquarters of the Global Democracy and Development Foundation (Funglode).
At five o’clock in the afternoon, the head of state with the chairman of the Dominican Liberation Party (LDP), Juan Testocles Montus, will be appointed to the headquarters of the Political Committee.
