A momentary patient, an elderly user from the Netherlands with a weakened immune formula, was also reinfected, the medium reported.
The new cases, shown through rigorous genetic testing, revealed another strain of the virus in others for the time being, which generated considerations among some scientists about immunity.
“I think in the next few days we’ll see other similar stories. These may be just exceptions, but they exist. This is not smart news,” Belgian virologist Marc Van Ranst told local channel VRT.
The new cases occur after researchers revealed on Monday that a 33-year-old Hong Konger is the first patient to be reinfected with coronavirus.
The man developed mild symptoms after contracting COVID-19 in March and was then evaluated at an airport this month, according to researchers at the University of Hong Kong. I had no symptoms at the moment.
Other scientists said reinfections were “expected” and did not raise alarms.

“I’m not nervous about a reinfection,” said virologist Marion Koopmans, adviser to the Dutch government. “We have to see if that happens often.”
Little is known about names, ages and patients in the Netherlands and Belgium.
The re-infection cases reported earlier this year, in addition to those in South Korea in May, are believed to be false positives in the evidence. Cases reported in the United States, in addition to those in Los Angeles and New Jersey, have not been demonstrated by genetic testing.
