Cairo: Bahrain’s labour regulator has announced the resumption of recruitment of nationals from next week amid strict precautions against coronavirus.
The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) said it is coordinating with legal recruitment agencies to implement strict aptitude precautions.
Recruitment of nationals is expected to resume on 14 September, Bahraini newspaper Al Watan reported.
The LMRA cautioned that it oppose dealing with unauthorized recruitment agencies or hiring part-time domestic workers, posing fitness and protection issues.
The Authority has requested a review of the list of accredited recruitment agencies on its website www. lmra. bh, where it is updated weekly to protect the rights of beneficiaries before going to any recruitment agency.
