Cairo: All travelers coming to Oman must take out one-month fitness insurance covering the remedy or death prices due to COVID-19, according to the country’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
They will also go through a PCR check to stumble upon the new coronavirus, wear an electronic bracelet and spend 14 days in quarantine, added the CAA in a set of guidelines, while Oman is expected to resume flights abroad scheduled for October 1.
Foreign passengers in Oman must submit their reservations and pay for the institutional quarantine of 14 days.
Non-Omanians will be able to enter the country after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Omanian newspaper Shabiba said.
As a component of the country’s measures to involve the spread of the coronavirus, only travelers will be able to enter the decomposition terminal with one escort for each passenger with special needs. Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 3 or 4 hours before No passenger suffering from COVID-19 or their symptoms, explained through the Ministry of Health, will not be able to enter the airport.

Last March, Oman suspended domestic and foreign flights as part of a series of measures to curb the spread of the new coronavirus.
