COVID-19: Oman 14 dead

Cairo: Oman recorded on Tuesday 1389 new cases of the new coronavirus, a day after reporting its biggest infections in a day of 2,164 since the virus was detected in the country last February.

The newest ones take Oman’s infections to 59,568 Array, Omani news firm ONA, which mentioned the Ministry of Fitness.

The ministry also announced 14 more deaths for COVID-19, the highest death toll in the country to date, bringing the total to 273.

In recent weeks, Oman has noticed an increase in viral infections. An ideal committee to fight COVID-19 last week promised tougher sanctions against precautionary offenders.
