Covid-19: ” No primary fluctuations in the export volumes of completion and Armenian vegetables ”

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there were no primary fluctuations in Armenian vegetable fruit export volumes. Exports are as usual: as of 30 June, 7,200 tonnes of apricots had been exported, and Armenian Economy Minister Anna Ohanyan’s spokeswoman presented the latest data.

“As of June 30, 7200 apricots, 5489 apples, 2864 cherries, 733 strawberries, raspberries had been exported. Granada, quince – 207 figs of arrays – 111 were also exported. 20,235 tons of tomatoes, 4,512 tons of cucumbers, 1,846 tons of Armenian cauliflower and broccoli were already exported,” he said.

“While export volumes have declined, we cannot say that there is a significant decrease. There are no primary fluctuations compared to the same era in the last year,” he added.

According to armenpress.am, the Eurasian Economic Union is the main export market, and the highest percentage is directed to Russia.
