The total number of COVID-19s in Nigeria has reached 44,433 after the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 304 new and 910 infection deaths in the country.

The NCDC did so on Tuesday on its official Twitter account.

Fitness firm data showed that the 304 new ones were distributed in 18 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

According to her, 1 deaths are recorded in the country by August.

To date, 44,433 have been confirmed, of which 31,851 have been released and 910 deaths were recorded nationwide.

The NCDC reported that the 304 new were reported through FCT (90), Lagos (59), Ondo (39), Taraba (18), Rivers (17), Borno (15), Adamawa (12), Oyo (11) and Delta (9).

Others Edo (6), Bauchi (4), Kwara (4), Ogun (4), Osun (4), Bayelsa (3), Plateau (3), Niger (3), Nasarawa (2) and Kano (1) .

Meanwhile, the firm warned that the coronavirus did care if a user “believed” in the use of a mask or Array.

“You might not be in the virus, but the virus is in you.

“Don’t valley masks.

I said, “Why? Because a valve acts as an open door, allowing your breathing to leave the mask and expose those around it to the threat of contracting COVID-19.

“Again, there are many tactics to wear a mask incorrectly, but one way to maximize protection is to wear a mask that fits well with spaces.

“Check if your mask fits you well before you pass out is simple.

“Step 1, inhale: your mask will have to shoot you in the face.

“Step 2, exhale: your mask will have to expand.

“Step 3, check for leaks: no primary leaks.

“Adjust your mask if there are leaks for added protection, your mask will have to fit well,” he advised.

The NCDC said Nigerians are still in the midst of a pandemic and will have to remain incredibly cautious to maintain the benefits of the sacrifices they have all made since March.

“Even if you wear a protective mask in public, you also use other preventive measures, stay at least two meters away from other people.

“Wash your hands with soap and water.

“Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands; cover by coughing and sneezing.”

However, he said coronavirus can overwhelm Nigerians.

“There’s an ending, let’s do whatever it takes,” he said.

The Nigerian News Agency (NAN) reports that since the emergence of COVID-19 in the country, NCDC statistics show a slow drop in cases since 27 July.

Numbers have decreased significantly over more than seven days, and the lowest figure in this timeline was 288 on August 3.

Between June and July, new above 790 on July 1.

With the trend, the instance rate is slowing in the country.
