Muscat: The Indian Embassy in Oman has released data on flights to India as a component of Phase five of the Vande Bharat (VBM) project from August 16 to 31 from Muscat to Indian cities.
The new schedule lists flights to Goa and Mumbai (served through the same flight) on August 16, Tiruchirapalli and Calicut on August 17 and August 31, Lucknow and Chennai on August 18 and 25, to Kannur on August 20 and 27, to Mumbai on August 21 and 29, to Kochi on August 22 and 30 , to Trivandrum on 22 and 28 August Array Delhi on 23 and 31 August, Bangalore and Mangalore (with the same flight) on 24 and 31 August, Hyderabad on 25 August and Vijayawada on 26 August. Any adjustment to those flights will be announced at a later date through the Indian Embassy.
Anuj Swarup, secretary-in-moment of the Indian Embassy in Oman, told Gulf News that all Phase Five VBM flights from Oman took off as scheduled thanks to cooperation from the Omani authorities. “Until August 9, six flights took off from Oman as a component of VBM Phase Five, in which a total of nine17 passengers traveled to India. There is sufficient call for all sectors planned for Phase Five until mid-August’.
As with previous VBM flights, passenger lists for all flights mentioned above will be finalized through the Embassy based on the form you receive. The Embassy will launch an online form requesting confirmation of passengers on a specific flight, and then the percentage of the list with Air India.
