Kuwait: Kuwait City Council Director General Ahmed Al-Manfuhi announced that grocery shopping will remain open until 8 p.m. as the country enters Phase 3 of the coronavirus recovery plan today.
As Kuwait enters Phase 3 of a 5-step plan to return to normal, the Cabinet agreed to reduce curfews, reopen hotels and resorts, resume taxis, and increase the percentage of workers able to return to work.
Curfew was reduced from nine to six hours (9 p.m. to 3 a.m.).
Hotels and resorts are also reopening as a component of Phase 3, but are limited to a capacity of 30%. Although scheduled to reopen, the pools, gyms and buffets will be closed.
Taxis would likely resume service, but only one passenger is required to bring one passenger at a time.
With the country moving to Phase 3, the number of painters in the has been greater than 50 consistent with one hundred. The government and painters in the sonal sector repainted a few weeks ago in Phase 2, but accounted for only 30% of the company/government agency.
