Cairo: Kuwait has recorded 622 coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, a low of 53 from the previous day’s count, bringing the country’s total number of infections to 78,767.
The Ministry of Health also announced two COVID-19 deaths, bringing total deaths in Kuwait to 509.
There are 94 patients receiving intensive care, the ministry said on their Twitter account.
Kuwait’s total virus number increased to 577,588 after 4,337 seconds were performed in more than 24 hours, the ministry said.
The ministry also reported that 871 patients have recovered from COVID-19 in more than 24 hours, bringing the total number of cures for the disease in Kuwait to 70,642.
Kuwait has eased restrictions on viruses.
