COVID-19: Kuwait reports 63 new cases, deaths

Kuwait: Kuwait has shown 463 new coronaviruses in the last 24 hours, up from 491 the previous day, bringing the country’s general infections to 67911, Kuwaiti news firm KUNA reported on Sunday.

The most recent cases are 319 Kuwaitis and foreign residents, said the spokesman for the ministry of fitness, Dr. Abdullah Al Sanad.

All new instances that were in contact in the past inflamed Americans or are being investigated to locate infection resources and identify those who were in contact, he added.

Four new DEATHS by COVID-19 have been announced, bringing the total number of deaths in Kuwait to 457.

According to KUNA, 129 patients are receiving extensive care treatment, the official added.

The total number of viral tests in Kuwait has reached 509,561, so after 2041 tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours, Dr. Al Sanad said.

The Ministry of Health reported that 688 other patients have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of cures for the disease in Kuwait to 59,213.

Kuwait has recently eased virus-induced restrictions as a component of a slow plan to return to general life.

Last week, the country began to reduce the curfew at night to six hours a day, while hotels and resorts were reopened. Fifty according to the percentage of the government and according to the personal sector, workers can apply for work.
