Cairo: Kuwait has shown 619 new cases of Coronavirus Nove in the last 24 hours, a minimum of subsequent day count cases, bringing the country’s total number of infections to 89582.
Four COVID-19 deaths have been recorded, bringing the number of disease deaths in Kuwait to 544, Health Ministry spokesman Dr Abdullah Al Sanad said Sunday.
There are 94 patients receiving intensive care, Dr. Al Sanad added, according to Kuwaiti news firm KUNA.
Kuwait’s total virus number reached 643,724 after 3,093 seconds were performed in the last 24 hours.
The Ministry of Health also reported that 618 patients have recovered from COVID-19 in more than 24 hours, bringing the total number of cures for the disease in Kuwait to 80,521.
Last week, Kuwait lifted a curfew imposed for more than five months to restrict COVID-19.
