COVID-19: Kuwait confirms 703 infections; 50,644 overall

Cairo: Kuwait has shown 703 new coronaviruses in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s number of infections to 50644, Kuwaiti news firm KUNA, which presented a fitness officer, reported on Monday.

The newest involve 463 Kuwaitis and 240 foreign residents, Ministry of Health spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al Sanad said.

The total number of COVID-19 deaths in Kuwait increased to 373 with new deaths.

All new instances were in contact with inflamed Americans in the past or are being investigated for infection resources, Dr. Al Sanad said in a daily update.

There are 152 patients receiving extensive care, the official said.

The Ministry of Health also reported that 538 patients have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cures for the disease to 41,001 in Kuwait.
