MANILA, Philippines – The total number of coronavirus disease cases (COVID-19) in Filipinos abroad reached 9754 after the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DFA) reported new infections on Sunday 39.
Meanwhile, 3,263 are being treated.
In the Philippines, the number of COVID-19 cases is close to 130,000 with 3,109 additional infections.
Of these, 67,117 are already cured of respiratory diseases, while 2,209 have died.
Worldwide, more than 18.9 million other people have become inflamed with the new coronavirus, which originated in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, which expired last year. More than 709,000 have died from the disease worldwide.
