Cairo: Oman said his general coronavirus infections had increased to 93,475, an increase of 1,722 cases since the country’s last account announced Thursday.
The Oman Ministry of Health has estimated the total number of COVID-19 deaths in 846, another 28 deaths since Thursday.
Total recoveries in the sultanate reached 85,418, or 91. 3%, the ministry told Omani news firm ONA.
In mid-August, Oman lifted a night-time movement ban imposed to curb the spread of COVID-19.
