COVID-19: CACOVID supports presidential working group for the protection of travellers

As Nigerian airspace opens up to foreign travel, measures have been put in place to ensure the protection of all passengers entering and leaving Nigeria as the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic breaks out.

The protocol states that all persons arriving in Nigeria must have undergone negative COVID-19 control after undergoing PCR control in the country of departure prior to boarding; however, the check must be carried out within 96 hours. preferably 72 hours before boarding. In addition, passengers must pay the repeated COVID-19 PCR check upon arrival in Nigeria.

The repetition check will be carried out 7 days after arrival, where strict compliance with self-insulating rules must be observed.
