Dubai: The Bahrain Ministry of Health has announced the detection of 183 new instances of foreign workers, contacts and some of COVID-19 who recently arrived in the island kingdom after conducting more than 5,356 tests for Covid-19.
Health officials said 43 expats had been detected with the virus in the last 24 hours, another 138 had been inflamed through local contacts with active instances and two were travel-related, bringing the total number of infections shown in the Kingdom to 51,574.
The ministry showed that 379 patients have recovered from a coronavirus, bringing the total number of cures in the country to 48654 so far.
Another death has been reported in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of coronavirus deaths in Bahrain to 189.
The most recent update that 34 instances of Covid-19 are being treated lately, 34 of which are in critical condition. More than 2,697 instances are solid out of a total of 2,731 active instances. The total number of recovered instances released is 48,654.
