Dubai: Bahrain’s Ministry of Health has announced the detection of 350 new coVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of infections shown to 47,185.
Health officials said 147 expatriate employees had been detected with the virus in more than 24 hours, while 203 had been inflamed through local contacts with active cases.
Meanwhile, a 55-year-old Bahraini woman, a 52-year-old citizen, and two expatriate men, aged 42 and 49, died of coronavirus, raising the death toll to 174.
The ministry said 401 more people had recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 43,529.
Of the 3,483 active cases, 93 are under repair and 42 are in critical condition.
The most recent cases were detected after the ministry conducted 9205 COVID-19 tests between residents, bringing the total number of COVID-19 tests conducted in the kingdom to 981,208.
