COVID-19: 26 judges inflamed with the virus in Kuwait

Cairo: Twenty-six judges in Kuwait have coronavirus, Al Qabas newspaper reported, and mentioned an unidentified source.

The infections come days after 10 Kuwaiti lawmakers reportedly struck the virus and some of the inflamed judges struck it after being in contact with patients, according to the source.

“These infections won’t obstruct the hearings, but they would possibly delay them because the delegate will rule to compensate for the scarcity has other sessions and wants more time to hold two sessions on the same day,” the source said.

The source, described as well-informed, asked the Ministry of Health to take virus samples from judges to ensure their well-being.

Kuwait has reported a total of 99,049 cases of viruses and 581 similar deaths.
