County: 936 instances in COVID-19 on Tuesday, one more death

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Health said 850 other Hoosiers residents had been diagnosed with COVID-19 tests at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and personal laboratories. This brings to 81847 the total number of Indianan citizens known to have the new coronavirus as a result of corrections made on the previous day’s board.

It shows that a total of 2954 Hoosiers died as a result of COVID-19, an accumulation of 28 since the previous day. An additional 211 likely deaths in clinical diagnoses were reported in patients for which no positive tests were recorded. Deaths are reported when knowledge is obtained through IGH and occurs over several days.

Bartholomew County reported 936 cases on Tuesday (up to 12) with 48 deaths (up to one).

The surrounding counties reported:

Jackson County: 632 instances (unchanged) with six deaths (plus one).

Jennings County: 238 cases (plus) with 12 deaths (unchanged).

Decatur County: 359 cases with 32 deaths (unchanged).

Shelby County: 587 cases (up to five) with 28 deaths (unchanged).

Johnson County: 1862 cases (up to 14) with 120 deaths (up to one)

Brown County: 80 cases (maximum) with two deaths (unchanged).

To date, 928,614 singles tests have been reported to the IHSHR, up from 914,633 on Monday.

As of Tuesday, nearly 39% of intensive care beds and approximately 82% of enthusiasts were in the country altogether.
