Coronavirus: UAE reports 1146 new COVID-19, 668 recoveries

On Monday, the United Arab Emirates reported 1,146 new cases of COVID-19 and 668 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

The new cases were detected after 85643 new coronavirus tests were performed in the United Arab Emirates.

Despite an increase in cases to 143,289, according to the official WAM news agency, the death toll remains low with 515 deaths and a new death reported in the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the total number of recoveries in the country reached 148,959 as of November 9, WAM reported.

The Ministry of Health continued to urge others to adhere to preventive measures, adding social estating protocols and the use of masks to curb the spread of the virus.
