Coronavirus: Saudi public sector painters will repaint on August 30

All the painters of the Saudi public sector will repaint from August 30, the Saudi news firm SPA reported on Saturday.

The resolution came after a review of reports on the signs of fitness and knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s cities and regions, according to an official source of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, SPA said.

The source added that government agencies and the government can simply assign some of their workers to remote work, as five situations are met.

Read the updates in our coronavirus section.

These are:

One: the consistent percentage of remote personnel exceeds 25 consistent with the percentage of the company’s total workforce.

Two: the company will have to allow those who paint remotely to do so.

Third, the agency’s maximum coronavirus infection level will continue to work remotely.

Four: the presence of workers will continue with flexible schedules.

Five: fingerprint use will be discontinued.

The Kingdom began to postpone the presence of workers in the office in March as a component of government efforts to combat the spread of coronavirus.

Saudi Arabia, along with most countries around the world, has entered a strict blockade to curb COVID-19, however, many governments have slowly begun to oppose blocking rules.

On Saturday, the Kingdom reported 1,184 additional cases of COVID-19, the smallest accumulation in 4 months.
