Saudi Arabia will allow certain categories of citizens to leave and return to the Kingdom through all land, sea and air ports from 15 September, as all coronavirus-like precautionary measures are being followed, the official SPA news firm reported Sunday. .
No one can enter the Kingdom unless he has evidence of being free of COVID-19. This should be done by offering a negative result of a coronavirus control that is no more than 48 hours long and should be performed on an enabled entity.

The Kingdom will allow all its citizens to travel abroad after 1 January 2021, but has exempted a list of eligible persons.
The categories of people allowed from Tuesday are:
Government employees, civilians and military personnel, assigned to official functions.
Employees of Saudi Arabian diplomatic and consular missions abroad, as well as foreign attachés and workers of regional and foreign organizations. This exemption includes your family members and companions.
Permanent workers in public, personal or non-profit outdoor establishments in the Kingdom, and those with job titles in corporations or outdoor advertising establishments in Saudi Arabia.
Businessmen whose career requires business and business, and sales, marketing and sales managers whose paintings require the scale of their customers.
Patients requiring treatment abroad, especially cancer patients and patients with transplanted organs, this should be based on medical reports.
Scholarship fellows, fellows who pay their own tuition, and passers-by in medical scholarship programs, whose studies or education require a foreigner, this exemption includes escorts.
Two of the humanitarian cases:
1. Gather a citizen’s circle of relatives with their relatives abroad.
2. La death of an open-air husband, wife, father or child of the Kingdom.
Resident citizens and their companions, provided they have supporting documentation of their apartment
Participants in official regional and foreign events, adding players and technical and administrative staff.
GCC citizens and non-Saudis will be able to enter the Kingdom on valid jobs, or stop on visas, as they comply with coronavirus-like fitness precautions.
