A Covid-19 vaccine manufactured through the pharmaceutical company Pfizer has passed protection and efficacy tests in the first clinical trials, as he revealed today.
The vaccine, which the British government has ordered 30 million doses, is now another promising candidate for the vaccine designed to prevent the virus.
Early trials of human injections, conducted through Pfizer in New York and universities and hospitals in the United States, have produced promising results.
People who won the vaccine produced immune responses equivalent to or greater than those who had had a coronavirus in the past.
The fact that Pfizer made a vaccine, which he named BNT162b1, is the lack of a number of promising control results, with his own British vaccines manufactured through Oxford University and Imperial College London that also show the first symptoms of human success.
Yesterday, the Russian government became the first in the world to officially sign a vaccine, but scientists were skeptical because the vaccine had been tested on fewer than 40 other people and there is no public knowledge to see if it works or not. Sure.
Pfizer, discovered in New York, in collaboration with U.S. hospitals and universities, tested his jab on 36 volunteers and discovered an immune reaction comparable to that of others who had had a coronavirus.
The effects of a first-phase trial of the Pfizer vaccine were published in the prestigious clinical journal Nature.
The researchers, who included Pfizer staff, said the vaccine had been successful in generating an immune reaction in the bodies of the other people they had been given.
The goal of the jab is to trick the immune formula into creating that it is inflamed by the coronavirus, through a good training to fight it without anyone getting sick.
Forty-five adults aged 18 to 55 were involved in the trial and given a jab of 10 micrograms, 30 micrograms or 100 micrograms, or a placebo.
However, there were no noticeable differences in immune reaction between teams 30 and 100 after a dose, and the organization of 100 micrograms suffered more side effects.
In the trial, scientists reported that the degrees of antibodies (ingredients used through the immune formula to fight the disease) in the participants were at the same point as those who had fought the genuine coronavirus, or up to 4 times higher in some.
