The rate of coronavirus recovery in five Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is much higher than the global average, according to new knowledge of CoronaTracker.com, a community-based task that analyzes COVID-19 trends.
The average recovery rate in five of the six GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Oman) is 81%, according to data, well above the global average of 57%.
Bahrain had a recovery rate of 89%, followed by the United Arab Emirates (86%), Kuwait (84%), Saudi Arabia (80%) Oman (62%).
