Coronavirus LIVE: Bolton and Trafford ordered to keep lock restrictions via Matt Hancock

I take full responsibility. What has happened is that we have controlled ourselves to counter the trend despite the negativity of the opposition.

We have a country that’s going back to school and is getting back to work.

We’re at the forefront of finding a cure for this disease. We’re this country ahead.

Are you going to say you’re safe?

Since this morning, Bolton district has been disposed of local lockdown measures.Atherton got rid of the measurements a week ago. I know that a number of politicians have expressed considerations about Covid’s cases in Bolton.

According to the most recent figures, at Bolton Royal, there are no Covid patients in intensive care and no Covid patients have been admitted in the last 24 hours. In general, there’s a Covid patient in the hospital here. You can also see the number of cases, room by room, in Bolton West below.

I’m glad the government pulled Bolton West out of the lockout.Whenever possible, life will have to return to normal.

This year has noticed that we all adapt our routines and, for many of us, the way we paint and move has been profoundly affected.

We know that many motorists will be looking to sell their cars now that their travel behavior has changed, either with their cars because they plan to get to paintings that use public transport, or because running out of their home means they no longer want it.your car at all.

The cost uptick reflects the strangely immediate recovery of housing market activity since the easing of blocking restrictions.

This rebound reflects a number of factors. The suppressed call feels where to relocate before the shutdown progresses.

Behavioral adjustments can also stimulate activity, as others rethink their housing desires and personal tastes as a result of being locked up.

Our own research, conducted in May, indicated that about 15% of respondents moved after a lockout.

We’re heading in the right direction. We’re cutting in terms of average numbers.

We take express one-off measures where we see explicit concentrations of cases, measures that have been a success and have worked in recent days.

So I think we’re doing everything we can to make sure someone from the UK is in Greece.

However, everyone also has a certain remeasure, it perceives that it is another summer, as you have already mentioned it is not exactly the same as in recent years.

We all have to stay away from the situation, wear our mask where necessary, stick to the rules, etc.to make sure everyone’s safety.

How do you give logic to citizens here? In particular, when we have one of the highest councils in the country, it does not make sense, so public confidence in the measures is more difficult to maintain, it is simple for the government to limit the communities, it does not charge them anything. causes a lot of disruption on the ground.

We want to adopt this other way of fighting the virus and it will have to come with monetary help to allow others to isolate the next, all the data we get is that it is a primary impediment to complying. We want door-to-door, equipment, monetary aid: it would be more effective than the general misdirected restrictions.

I’m what the council leader says. Yesterday they wrote to the government to tell him that they then sought to remain under the restrictions, as far as I know, they have not received an answer.

The leader of Trafford said last week that he did not need to get out of the restrictions and goes on to say that the logic is to minimize social gatherings at home.

People can [meet] but they have to use their judgment. How can we explain that now? The lock has been difficult to explain and no longer makes sense.

General restrictions are as effective as targeted intervention.Initially they were, but their effectiveness has diminished. We want to move on to a focused, high-impact reaction and that means offering our 10 tips the resources to carry out this work.would lose resources from the national formula of testing and traceability to local government and that happened.

Follow the recommendation: Don’t hold social gatherings at home.

We are in an absolutely unsustainable position this morning.During the night, restrictions were issued in two districts where restrictions are increasing, a case in the red zone.

These restrictions are now absolutely illogical. We want to agree on an exit strategy with the government today.

Door-to-door intervention, testing, as we have noticed in Oldham, Rochdale and Stockport, is the most effective way to reduce cases.

The Labour Party has called for an employment programme for young people to match the scale of the current employment crisis, as the Future Employment Fund did at the time of the global monetary crisis.

This is precisely what the Labour government in Wales is doing with its Jobs Growth Wales programme: bringing together local authorities, employers, industry unions and other stakeholders in painting other young people without affecting older painters.

But the Conservative government’s late Kickstart program turns out to lack this interinstitutional coordination. This will only work if employers and task seekers have the clarity and certainty that the program will lead to meaningful paintings.wrong.

It’s not just a matter of reviving our country’s economy, it’s an opportunity to revive the careers of thousands of young people who might otherwise be abandoned through the pandemic.

The programme will open the door to a longer long term for a new generation and that the UK will recover more powerfully as a country.

Today, hundreds of thousands of people in Greater Manchester have been ordered to remain under blocking restrictions.

Bolton, Trafford and Stockport were to be released from the blocking restrictions imposed on the region’s 10 districts by the end of July on Wednesday.

Restrictions remain in effect in five districts (Manchester, Salford, Rochdale, Tameside and Bury) with stricter regulations in Oldham.

But the resolve to remove Bolton and Trafford from the restrictions was overtighted this afternoon through Matt Hancock.

Bolton has noticed a 200% spike in cases in recent days, which has noticed that he was successful at a “red alert” level. It now has the worst infection rate in Greater Manchester and the worst time in the country, with a rate of 59.1 cases.consistent with 100,000 inhabitants.

Yesterday, city council leaders wrote to him asking for the closure to be extended.

The setting is in Trafford, where rates have risen to 37.1 instances consistent with 100,000 residents.

Its board of directors official, Andrew Western, and public health director Eleanor Roaf, have opposed the neighborhood resolution since the shutdown when the government announced it last Friday.

Yesterday, Councillor Western wrote to the government denouncing the “chaotic” way in which he had treated local locks and said he was “very disappointed” that the government had ignored its own considerations and those of others at the local point and did what he described as a “purely political calculation.”

Matt Hancock spoke about the Greater Manchester lockdown in the Commons, but sidestepped the factor of emerging infection rates at Bolton and Trafford.

Meanwhile, millions of young people across the UK have returned to school today.

Speaking yesterday, Education Secretary Gavin Williamson said, “There will be more harm to young people because they don’t go back to school and then go back to school.

“We all know the advantages of getting, only in terms of education. It is also in terms of physical and intellectual fitness that young people gain advantages when they return to school.

“That’s why it’s important to open schools before summer and that’s how important it is to bring each and every child to school and enjoy the true joy of what the school has to offer them.”

He said: “After a significant change in the point of infection rates in recent days, Bolton and Trafford will now remain subject to existing restrictions.

“This resolution was taken in collaboration with local leaders after reviewing the latest data.We constantly track epidemics across the country and have noticed infection rates increasing more than 3 times in Bolton in less than a week and doubling in Trafford since the last review.

“We have been transparent in that we will take swift and decisive action where it is mandatory to involve epidemics. We can reduce rates if we continue to paint in combination and urge everyone to continue to play their component according to regulations; get tested if you have symptoms, isolate yourself, and practice social estrangement.

Mr. Starmer again, “When did the Prime Minister first know that there would be a problem?”

“When did the prime minister first report the problem?”

Johnson said: “In terms of the tests and the strain young people have been going through, we sense how complicated it has been for them and their families.

“As a result of what we have learned, we have instituted a change, we have acted, academics now have their qualifications.

“They deserve the grades they got.”

Boris Johnson will face the wrath of MPs on their return to the Commons after presiding over a series of U-turns that have soured MPs’ prospects for government management of the coronavirus pandemic.

When the deputies began to return, Johnson insisted that his government had not been baffled by Covid-19, but stated that “sometimes it is necessary” to replace the steering “in reaction to the facts they replace.”

His defense came here as a series of irritated political turns by Conservative MPs, one of whom described the occasions as an “overnight mega-disaster.”

With just a few hours for the adjustments to take effect, Bolton Council leader David Greenhalgh suggested to the passing government to reconsider the easing of restrictions.

His call was reinforced through the leaders of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, but Health Secretary Matt Hancock did not respond to his concerns.

This means that other people living in Bolton must now socialize in teams of up to two families inside and spend the night at someone else’s house.

This morning, city leaders are locked up in a critical assembly to talk about what will happen next.

The resolve to lift bolton’s lockdown restrictions generated astonishment and confusion.

As of today, the city is no longer included in the closure of Greater Manchester despite the sharp increase in coronavirus cases in recent days.

The latest knowledge shows that Bolton has lately the current rate of new coronavirus infections in the country.

There were new cases in the week of August 23-29, with the infection rate now at 59.1 consisting of 100,000 people.

This figure temporarily increased from 18.4 last week, when another 53 people tested positive.

Boris Johnson will face the MPs when he returns to the Commons later that day.

The prime minister will face complaints from both sides of the House on Wednesday in his first questions from the prime minister since parliament began its summer recess on July 22.

He will be asked about a series of U-turns that have soured MPs’ prospects for the government’s management of the coronavirus pandemic.

Labour responded to Kickstart’s release by saying that the program appears to lack coordination in the sectors.
