Coronavirus: Interior Health suspends service at kelowna center

The resolution to suspend service, according to Interior Health, was taken due to the stabilization of the figures in Kelowna.

However, according to the fitness association, if necessary, your doors may be temporarily reopened.

The check site on Five0five Doyle Avenue opened on Tuesday 4 August and included first-come, first-served checks, seven days a week, starting at 5pm. 10:30 p.m.

From now on, those who wish to be evaluated should do so by an appointment at the Center for Primary Care and Indoor Health Emergencies at 1141 Harvey Avenue.

IHA says tests at the Primary Care and Emergency Center will continue seven days a week, from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and are open to everyone else with mild symptoms.

To schedule an appointment at the first-line and emergency care center, 250-469-6985.
