Coronavirus in Saudi Arabia: 4,000 workers, 100,000 mask for the protection of the Umra

At least 4,000 employees were employed, 100,000 masks were made and 9,000 prayer mats were provided disinfected this umrah season to ensure the fitness and protection of pilgrims amid the ongoing coronavirus, according to meccan authorities.

The General Presidency of the Grand Mosque and the Affairs of the Holy Mosque of the Prophet said they had hired 4,000 employees with the newest technologies and eco-friendly fabrics to ensure a healthy Umra this season.
