Last February, Saudi Arabia suspended other people’s access to make the Umrah pilgrimage to Mecca or to make a stop at the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina as a component of measures to involve the spread of COVID-19.

On March 10, the Kingdom also suspended the Umra for its inhabitants and residents.

The Umrah is a pilgrimage to Mecca. However, unlike Hayy, it is mandatory, it can be finished in a few hours and can be done throughout the year.

This year’s Hajj pilgrims concluded all the rituals on Sunday.
