Coronavirus: Abu Dhabi acts on COVID-19 immunity of its residents

Abu Dhabi is conducting a study on coronavirus immunity among citizens and residents of the emirates, Abu Dhabi media announced Tuesday.

“The study, which is the first of its kind in the United Arab Emirates and the region, comes to collect random samples from other areas in the emirate of Abu Dhabi to identify the percentage of others who have COVID-19 antibodies, and positive but symptomless examinations,” added the Abu Dhabi medium.

The study aims to: “Understand the effect of the pandemic on the network in general, identify the percentage of the population that has COVID-19 antibodies over a specific period of time, check the infection levels and percentages of others who have developed sufficient immunity and identify the percentage of other people or inflamed patients who had the virus but did not show symptoms.”
