Construction killed by the fall of an object in Rishon Lezion

An employee of the structure killed in the central city of Rishon Lezion on Tuesday, days after a similar twist of fate killed two employees in other parts of Israel.

Citing first responders, police said the employee was seriously injured when he was struck by an object that fell from “a wonderful height. “

The man, whose name was soon to arrive and is believed to be in his fifties, rushed to close the Assaf Harofeh Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police said they had opened an investigation and that a representative of the Economy Ministry had been invited to visit the site.

On Sunday, two other people were killed and several others injured in a twist in the structure’s fate in Tirat Carmel in northern Israel. A shipping container that indifferent to a crane fell to the ground and crushed two workers, killing them instantly. Five other people were arrested on suspicion of negligent homicide and violation of other security codes, police said.

Hours later, a third user was killed in another twist of the structure’s fate at another site of the structure in northern Israel.

The deaths of the structure’s staff are not unusual in Israel, attributed to poorly enforced protection codes.

Since the beginning of 2022, another 46 people have died at construction sites in Israel and dozens more have been injured, according to a tally by the lobbying organization Safe Work in Israel.

The organization said 50 percent of structural employee deaths were accumulated in the first few months of 2022 compared to the same era in 2021.
