Colombia has reported 169 COVID-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing its national death toll to 24,208, the ministry announced Sunday.
Meanwhile, 6,678 new COVID-19s have been reported, bringing the national total to 765,076, the ministry said.
A total of 633,199 patients have recovered, he added.
On Saturday, Colombian President Iván Duque announced the reopening of flights after five months of closure due to the pandemic.
According to the Ministry of Transport, this first reactivation will be made flights to the United States, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Ecuador, Bolivia and Guatemala.
