A university professor in Argentina who suffered from COVID-19 symptoms died after having difficulty breathing while conducting a Zoom lecture.
Paolos Angeles de Simone, 46, professor of Public Relations and Foreign Relations at the Universidad Argentina de los Angeles Empresa in Buenos Aires, died Wednesday, announced the university on Twitter.
The day before, he had run a Zoom convention when he began having trouble breathing, according to local media Claron and MDZ.When her academics asked her to arrange for her to call an ambulance, she said, “I can’t, ” according to reports.
Simone’s wife and mother said she had been showing symptoms of COVID-19 for at least 4 weeks, according to a Twitter message on August 28.She wrote that her husband, who works in medical treatment and emergencies, is exhausted by work.
De Simone had a cough that did not stop, however, he kept teaching despite his symptoms, said Facundo Cruz, education coordinator of the university, on Twitter.
De Simone University expressed its condolences to his family circle on a Thursday and asked the university network to respect his reminiscence, as a video of his cave circulated on social media.
De Simone had been applying at the Universidad Argentina de los Angeles Company for 15 years, the university said.Her friends shared memories of her on social media, writing that her academics and colleagues would not forget Simone for her encouragement and compassion.
