The Three Seas Summit will bring together heads of state, business leaders and senior officials from Europe and the United States. The Summit is held this year through the President of the Republic of Estonia, Kersti Kaljulaid. Expected participants come with the heads of state of the 12 European countries between the Baltic, Black and Adriatic Seas: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria. Together, these 12 countries constitute a combined GDP of 1.7 trillion euros.
Since 2016, the President of the United States, the President of the Commission of the European Union, the President of Germany and foreign dignitaries have also attended the annual summits of the 3 seas.
