But the most sensible of their recommendations is this:
“My advice is for all states and territories to adopt a uniform national code for pandemic control that requires the publication of a medical opinion for any restrictive measures. “
“Particularly given the way the pandemic has stifled overall parliamentary processes and accountability, and especially given the enormous powers wielded through pandemic governments, full transparency is then required.
