Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn had COVID-19 in the opening scene of ‘Hard Knocks’

It took less than five minutes in the fifteenth season of HBO’s real NFL series “Hard Knocks” for the cruel truth of 2020 to be permeated.

Los Angeles Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn presented Zoom on his computer and handed over news to his players.

“I can’t promise you you won’t get infected. Array… I got infected,” Lynn said.

Upon entering her fourth season at the helm of the Chargers, Lynn used her positive coronavirus as a motivation tool for her players.

“Be patient, man. Be patient. My friends, this year doesn’t look like any other year we’ve had in the National Football League,” Lynn said. “There will be chaos. That will replace and take place every day. Goals, goals, possibly wouldn’t replace.

“I have spoken to other people who have said they are tired of this virus. What does that mean? Let me tell you something, they don’t promise you next year. They don’t promise you tomorrow. What I have to do is I need to restrict your exposures.

“But when the whistle blows, let’s kick someone’s ass and play football. One team will do better than the other 31. Believe me. It’ll be us, too. Then prepare for chaos. Kiss. Because if we’re going to play, the team that handles this more productively will have the most productive chance of winning this trophy.”
