The all-inclusive 219-room, which has undergone extensive renovations, is located on the island of Cayo Levantado, a few kilometers from the bay of Samaná. The asset has been closed since the start of the Covid pandemic in 2020.
When it reopens, the renovated resort will feature two pools, two spas, a CrossFit area, a beach club, a non-public education studio, a beauty salon, and a botanical garden.
On the culinary side, visitors will have 3 a la carte Los Angeles restaurants, a buffet restaurant, 4 bars and a coffee shop. Two other specialty restaurants will also be offered, which will not be part of the property’s all-inclusive program.
Bahia Principe’s footprint in the Dominican Republic also includes adults-only Bahia Principe Grand Cayacoa, Bahia Principe Grand El Portillo, and adults-only Bahia Principe Luxury Samana.
