LIBERTY LATIN AMERICA SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX TOWER INTERNATIONAL TO MONETIZE MOBILE TOWER ASSETS

DENVER, Colo. , Nov. 10, 2023–Liberty Latin America Ltd. (“Liberty Latin America” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LILA and LILAK, OTC Link: LILAB) announced that it has entered into an agreement with Phoenix Tower International. (“PTI”) to monetize approximately 1,300 cell tower sites in Panama, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Barbados, and the British Virgin Islands. The transaction also includes advantageous provisions to expand the policy with another 500 sites under structure through Libertad.

Panama Copper Operations Update

Franco-Nevada Corporation (“Franco-Nevada”) (TSX: FNV) (NYSE: FNV) notes that its partner, First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (“First Quantum”), issued an update stating that its subsidiary, Minera Panama S. A. , has begun winding down its ore processing operations at the Cobre Panama mine by cutting one ore processing exercise while two remain operational.
