Mexico on Tuesday accepted a formal request from the United States to investigate alleged labor rights abuses at call centers owned by the Spanish company Atento in the central Mexican state of Hidalgo. Mexico’s Ministry of Economy announced that it had accepted the U. S. industry’s request. Earlier this month, the U.
