Japan’s central bank helps keep negative interest rate unchanged and says it is tracking wage developments

The Bank of Japan maintained its long-standing accommodative lending policy on Tuesday, saying it would monitor advances in value and wages before raising its benchmark negative interest rate. The U. S. ambassador thanks Japan for modernizing its defense and authorizing the sale of Patriot missiles to the United States.
