Adam Eric Pepper and Tracee Lynne Pepper, both 35 and from Toronto, sexually assaulted and threatened two underage women in the city of Jaracaboa, about 150 kilometres north of the capital Santo Domingo.
According to prosecutors, the twisted duo recorded the abuse and learned in 2021 from the shocked mother of a 12-year-old victim, who called police.
Adam then threatened the boy, telling him that if he ended up in prison for this twisted assault, he would not give him gifts. He had already given the boy a mobile phone where the mother had learned of the disturbing sexual assault. .
She told detectives that the Canadian Bible asked her to leave the boy alone with him for longer and longer periods of time.

In addition, he asked her to sign a document stating that if tragedy befell her, the Peppers would have custody of the child, reports Dominicana Today.
Tracee was found guilty of sexually touching the boy and recording sexual photographs of the boy with a 13-year-old girl.
At the time, the victim’s aunt told investigators that the woman and her circle of relatives were also threatened if she spoke about the sickening incidents.
When police raided the Peppers’ home in April 2021, they confiscated USB sticks, a camera and accessories, high-definition recording equipment, and an underwater virtual camera.
On the devices, police discovered sexually particular content involving children.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Adam and Tracee Pepper were missionaries for the Toronto-based Commission To Every Nation Canada.
In the profile, he wrote: “My adventure began in 2007, when Tracee and I met at Bible College and shared a similar love of helping young people in need. “
He added that either had to serve in the Dominican Republic.
“At-risk youth do not have the luxury of advocating for themselves,” he wrote on his profile. “We feel that God is calling us to share Jesus with these young people, as we evaluate and respond to their needs.
“We see ourselves as tools that God will use to accomplish things. We will serve and God will save!
In a Facebook fundraiser, Adam said in a June 2019 post that they were won over by one young boy.
“This little guy captured my hub two years ago, during our last vacation in the Dominican Republic. I met him on a user and sought to sponsor him,” she wrote, adding that the sponsorship was “God’s intention. “
He added: “From day one, it was very apparent to me that this little guy was looking for someone to call Dad. What fatherless seven-year-old doesn’t need a man in his life?Even though I knew I wasn’t his father, that’s certainly not going to stop me from showing him the love he deserved.
The couple met at Steinbach Bible College. She is from Manitoba and he is from the Toronto area.
In 2020, Tracee lamented to Christian radio station CHVN that COVID was slowing down her work.
Adam was sentenced to seven years in prison, while his wife was sentenced to five years. In addition, they were suspended from their jobs and ordered to pay the equivalent of “10 official minimum wages, as well as court costs. “
According to Dominica Today, the convictions result from sexual threats and assaults, sexual and advertising exploitation, ownership of photographs that violate the honor and dignity of children, as well as production, distribution, acquisition, and ownership of child pornography.
