More than one player at the October 17 cornhole tournament at Fulton VFW has since tested COVID-19, according to Callaway County Department of Health.
CCHD EXECUTIVE Director Sharon Lynch showed Friday and warned participants to monitor symptoms.
Common symptoms of COVID-19 include fever and chills, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body pain, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or nasal discharge, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
Lynch encouraged those who develop symptoms to contact their number one medical provider and request COVID-19 control. Those who don’t have a number one care doctor can touch a control site directly; some have on-call providers who can schedule a remote appointment and request a check.
