California cities appear to be the fastest-developing cases of COVID-19. Here’s the list of cities on the rise

While the number of new COVID-19 cases reported each day has begun to decline across the country, life is not returning to normal. Although new daily instances are shrinking across the country, they are still the best compared to the beginning of summer. On August 17, the United States reported 39169 new cases of coronavirus, the lowest number in more than a month. However, even this figure was more than double the fewer than 20,000 daily instances reported in early June.

In addition, while national bodies are declining, more locally, there are still villages where COVID-19 continues to spread at an increasing rate.

Using data from state and local fitness services, 24/7 Wall St. compiled and reviewed the average number of new COVID-19 instances shown for the week ending August 17 and compared to last week’s average to find out the cities. where the virus develops faster. For comparison purposes, we adjusted the number of instances shown consisting of 100,000 people. We exclude metropolitan spaces with fewer than 20 new instances in the most recent week.

Nationwide, the average number of new daily instances decreased week after week to 1.9 instances consisting of 100,000 inhabitants. The average daily instances in the 31 metropolitan spaces in this list is higher across at least five instances consisting of 100,000 inhabitants this week compared to the last one, and up to five8 consisting of 100,000 inhabitants.

A small number of states are home to the vast majority of cities on this list. In particular, California is home to more than one of the 31 metropolitan spaces on this list. California is one of 3 states that report an accumulation of at least two new instances consistent with a day consistent with 100,000 people week after week.
